In my opinion he BCC Uprez filter is not a magic wand!
It can do many things when it comes to uprezzing an SD clip, but it can't do everything.
Sometimes the result from a plain simple "resize" in AvidFX can look better, or just as good.
It all depends on the composition of your clip....
Certain type of clips lend themselves better to uprezzing than others.
It really is a case of experimentation.
