Hello,
for several months I have had a problem with "media composer first" when I start "Media Composer" it gives me the error message "I don't know how to find a license. Contact Customer Service".
I've tried everything, reinstall all avid software
delete all avid files and folders in win 10 and reinstall
update all drivers, ilink, sentinel and it keeps throwing the same message, it's maddening.
Any solution?

Start Avid Link. You may have to login again in order to get the license.

That's unusual. First, try contacting Customer Support and see if they can help you to get the license. Second, trying viewing this thread: https://community.avid.com/forums/t/202873.aspx If that doesn't fix the problem look for RalphC. Click on his name and choose to send an Email.
