We have several edit suites, all used by different editors. At this moment there's only 1 account on the computer: the admin account. 

Does Media Composer need the admin account or can I create a guest account for logging in? Our security policy states that it must be avoided to use admin accounts for daily use by external editors.

Just keep the admin account, then, after the end-of-day, kill each of your editors... problem solved.
