Greetings, I have the Avid Artist Color and Avid Artists Transport, but haven't used them in over a year and now when I open them up in Media Composer, the LCD screens just show complete yellow, and look like rectangles where words would normally be, as if all the LCD lights are all fully bright. Can anyone please let me know how to fix this? Much thanks :)

Does installing the latest version from EuCon solve the problem?

I believe it  had or has to do with a security update from Apple for Catalina and Mojave.

There should be a fix for this. Lots of Pro Tools users also suffered from it about one year ago.

Yes I would update to the latest Eucontrol and update the firmware, on each. You will be very disappointed with Color in Media Composer, especially if you have Symphony, but I imagine you already know that. If you have Baselight Editions, you may also know that the panel is wonderfully responsive and useful then, for grading. If you intend to resurrect the Color panel for use mainly in Avid, I would even say that BE is almost essential - works very well for Resolve too, where you can customise the soft keys.

Thanks yea, I've been using Baselight in MC which I love with the Artist Color, but I hadn't done any color work in at least two years, i think since before upgrading to Mojave maybe. My firmwares say they're updated already, but I will try to update the Eucon later today and see what happens.

They will say that with old firmware and software. You have to install the latest version before newer firmwares are possible and recognised. It's not an internet thing, the actual firmware is carried in the software.

Aaah ok good to know. I'll follow up once the Eucontrol and subsequent firmwares are done, thanks again.
