I get all sorts of media from many sources I have to import intp my avid and I sometimes am worried about viruses etc. For the last 5 years most every project I have been on has been remote and my media has come online. Can anyone suggest a anti virus / malware etc software to use which would co exist peacfully with Avid on my mac studio Avid Media Composer 2022.10 running Mac OS Monterey and later Ventura.

Personally... I wouldn't worry about an antivirus. 

That's just me

I don't trust anything to run in the background at the same time as MC or any other editing app

We are looking into SentinalOne. We going to use it accross our organisation.

Not sure if you can use it as stand alone. It' an enterprise solution.
