Hello,
the driver mentioned in the title does not work on my system - Intensity Pro 4k card/MC 2022.10.
(With BM Resolve 18.1. it works).
Driver 12.4. it works.
Just for information.
V.
Working fine here with 2022.10 and Ultrastudio 4K Mini on 12.4.1, FWIW. Have you doublechecked your hardware selction by right clicking the hardware icon and making sure the Intensity Pro is ticked?
Same here: the new driver works with BM Resolve but not with MC 2022.10 (and neither with the latest version of Premiere Pro by the way). The hardware is obviously not detected by MC.

That's right, avid doesn't detect the hardware.

As I said working fine here. Have you uninstalled, reinstalled and then checked the hardware selection like I suggested. 2022.10 introduced a difference in the way it's meant to detect hardware. Being able to run 2 I/0 hardware devices at the same time cheifly.

yes, I installed and checked the hardware settings, but with this driver, avid does not see the card - Intensity Pro 4k.
Can I just check, if you have selected in the menu with right mouse click, you then NEED to left click the same icon to actually enable it in avid. This is new and a PITA!
Menu with driver 12.4.:
Menu with driver 12.4.1.:
By the way, Sony Catalyst Browse also works with 12.4.1.
Im not in front of a system at the mo, but from memory I think it puts a file in the avx folder. Think its C:\Program Files\Avid\AVX2_Plug-ins
Is there a diff when 12.4 is installed to 12.4.1 ?
I had a similar issue with premiere last yr that the driver went into the wrong folder on a system
I've got someone back at base to replicate this exact issue for you.One of our systems wasnt on 12.4.1 (is now)On install, it removed the io plugin file from the avx2 folder, and didnt put one back.It does put one in C:\Program Files\Blackmagic Design\Blackmagic Desktop Video\Avid Supportcalled - OpenIO_Blackmagic.acfcopying this file to C:\Program Files\Avid\AVX2_Plug-ins and restart avid and viola it appears.Let me know how you get on

It's a working fix. Thank you.
Only the Configure output button does not work from avid.
Which is not a problem yet, the output takes the project settings.

Great Ant, thanks! This file wasn't in my AVX2 folder either, though it still worked. I've put it there now just in case and it is all fine. I wonder why this is happening, since Avid have not changed path directories?
Driver 12.4.2, installation error has been fixed.
