Hello, I am trying to activate a trial subscription of Media Composer, but having no luck as only Media Composer First will open and even though my trial is activated in Avid Link when I follow the instructions to 'run trial' via Media Composer First I get the following message, 'Media Composer Trial activation failed'.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but I am still unable to run Media Composer Ultimate as a trial.

When I hold 'w' upon start up the trial selection is greyed out also.

I've followed all instructions I can find in the knowledge base and from previous posts, but nothing seems to be working.

Any help much appreciated.
