    AvidLinkSetup.exe will not run.

    I am trying to install Avid Link and Media Composer First, but both setup files will not run. AvidLinkSetup.exe and InstallMediaComposer.exe do nothing when ran even as administrator. Other .exe files work normally on my PC so I am at a complete loss. I am running Windows 11 Pro.

    Hi Jacob,

      The MC installed is a zip file. I suggest you extract the file after downloading before installing.

    I did extract both files. The executable files ("AvidLinkSetup.exe" and "InstallMediaComposer.exe" not .zip) I extracted will not run under any circumstances.
