I guess the can't stop won't stop tag line is true,. Cannot find any support to stop Media Composer from renewing after wanting only one month. Who can I speak to for cancellation and refund. Did this because I couldnot successfully transfer my license to another computer now being renewed even though deselected renew. Please help.

I am very certain I deselected Auto renew at time of purchase and have just gone in to deselect again. Is it possible it defaulted to auto renew? Thanks for email will contact later. All the best
