Hello everyone!

I've just installed and tested the new Media Composer First 2022.10. Everything seems to work well, except when I try to export a sequence. I Select the sequence to be exported and choose the option "Publsh to Local Drive". In the Publsh dialog, I cick "OK". The window closes and nothing else happens. No progress bar is shown and the sequence is not exported.

Can anyone help me?

My system is a MacStudio M1 Max 10 core CPU, 32 core GPU, 64 GB RAM.

Surprisingly yesterday was able to output a sequence. Today unable to publish no response from Raff in response to email sent 17 November

Coincidently, yesterday, I followed Raff's recommendation of rolling back to AMCF 2022.7 and I managed to publsih to the desktop, with the default settings. Alas, that was the single time I was able to do that. Every subsequent attempt resulted in no reaction from the software. 

Funny!

I already reported this back to Raff. Let's see what he comes up with.

So… it's not an ARM issue. It happens with Intel CPUs as well. I was beginning to wonder about incompatibilities between AMCF and ARM, but it must be something else.

Very odd that two people were able to output on one day only, could it be a licencing issue?

Wondering whether to copy project and start a 30 day trial. then uninstall everything and reinstall Avid Media Composer Free. 

Is anybody sucessfully running AMCF using Mac OS 12.6?

Although not sure it's an OS issue as I couldn't output using 10.14 and either AMCF 2022.4 or 2022.10

The latest macOS (Ventura) has just benn certified for AMC.
I wonder if AMCF will work… 

I feel very stupid, I had been right hand clicking on a sequence in the Bin and selecting Publish to Local Disc. Just found that with sequence in Record Monitor selecting from Main Menu Bar File>Publish To>Local Drive  Sequence can be output!

Also can confirm this works with Ventura
