About the playback/color correction monitor you are mentioning I have no clue. I'm using a Sony monitor.
But the two Dell U2720Q UltraSharp monitors for your UI are really great. I already suggested them to you earlier on in this post. If you want, there even is a very nice stand where you can mount them both on to save space. It's the Dell MDS19 dual monitor stand.
It's a great choice in my opinion. I have been using them for more than 2 years and don't regret buying them. I didn't know that these U2720Q's are still being sold. Maybe a sign that they are very good.
Good luck with your purchase and hopefully you can get a fantastic deal!
Yes! Thank you, Cinematica! Your original suggestion got me exploring that monitor! Thank you for the advice.
And great recommendation for the Dell MDS19 dual monitor stand, I was already looking for something like that so I'm definitely going to grab one of those. Cheers!
Nice to hear that I pointed you a little bit in the right direction. Please, let us know what you bought!
Can you kindly return teh favour and let us klow what video output card you got?
I have a BMD Intensity Pro 4k currently but am building a new system and these seem end of life now, Seen some super costly alternatives but simnply want an HDMI out for my Panasonic OLED client mon - no capture required. Thx
Ultimate 2022.12.1, Blackmagic Intensity Pro, WIN 11 on 7000Mbps M.2 SSD, Nvidia Quadro P4000, Asus Pro Art Z690 i9 12900k 5.0 GHz, 8TB M.2 SSD - its nippy!
UPDATE (for anyone who's been following this thread)...
For the USER INTERFACE MONITORS: I ended up getting two BenQ PD2700U 27 Inch 4K UHD IPSs (there was a great Black Friday deal on those), with adjustable Huanuo Dual Monitor Stands (these are DOPE)
and a wall mounted LG OLED C2 4k 42-inch for the PLAYBACK/COLOR CORRECTION monitor...
via a breakout box: BlackMagic UltraStudio Mini 4k.
Very happy with this setup and these monitors. Thanks again for all of your input!
Thanks for letting us know what you finally got. The most important is that it is working and you are satisfied with it. Enjoy your new setup!
Happy Holidays!
