Help... I shot 6K Red footage at 40 fps not thinking I recorded sync audio at 23.97 fps. How can I speed up the video to match? Not sure what the math is on that.

Assuming you mean the video is "40 over 23.976" meaning it's playing slowmo at 23.976, then 166.8% roughly (it's a reapeating fraction;  40 / (24 * (1000/1001)) = 1.66833333 etc)
