Choose default between Elastic and Fixed for keyframes, jump to keyframes

1.) It'd be great to be able to choose if I want Effect keyframes to be Fixed or Elastic by default. I pretty much have to change all the Effect keyframes either me or my editor make to Fixed. If there's an Effect where I miss doing so, it can throw things out of wack when my editor makes an edit to a clip with an Effect on it.

2.) Is there a way to map jumping to the next or previous keyframe onto my keyboard?

    Not that I know of!

Are you not able to alt hit click all of your keyframes but one, then delete them? Then you will get one keyframe which will allow you to manipulate the whole image? Or have I missunderstood?

Is this in reference to my first Feature Request, which is the ability to choose the default for keyframes (fixed or elastic)?

If it's in reference to my second question (jumping to next / previous keyframe), I'm asking about behavior similar to "Go to Previous / Next Marker" for keyframes, so I can quickly go to the next / previous keyframe using my keyboard rather than my mouse.

It looks like the up and down arrows do this. I have "Go to Previous / Next Event" mapped there.
