Unfortunately, this is installed on another computer that I can no longer access. I'm also happy to pay for the support code. Can someone from the team reset the ID for me? You don't need to pay for a support code. Activation help is free. You should create a case on the MyAvid support portal and someone will get to you asap. https://www.avid.com/US/support/support-contact
