I purchased a one year extension for MC via VideoGuys.  I thought I had entered the code properly, however, I am still seeing the original November 2021 date after doing so.  The available fields do not show anyplace to logically place the redemption code.

Finally figured it out.  I had disable the auto renewal first.  Then the field came up to enter the redemption code.  put it in and "Voila" the code was extended and the expiration date was corrected.

This particular area of the MyAvid site is not very intuitive.
