This is what the forums are about - Helping each other

Back in early July a long time customer, editor and frequent poster.... started a thread "where are my renewal codes".  The user had bought from a channel partner who didnt disseminate the codes straight away so the user could not renewal and / upgrade. Sad

Several moderatoes jumped on it and fdoorman reached out.  Knowning him for a long time and trusting him completely, we provided him codes at No Charge to deposit to get his licenses back on plan.   Today, I received the 2 codes from him ( which he in turn received from the channel partner days and days later ).   Big Smile

This is what we have here... a group of folks who trust and respect each other to do what's right - not only to help when it is needed  - but to return that trust and respect.

Thank you fdoorman for reenforcing my belief in our community!   We are a great group of peeps helping each other out along the way.....

    Dont stop!

I couldn't agree more.  These forums and the people who contribute are among the best on the internet.
