Am I losing it?  I cannot find the color correction tool( symphony) Any palce.  Looked in the manual -but it is masive - Looked under tools - I am mising something? need to located the tool thank you

Workspace Toolbar

An easily accessible workspace toolbar is provided on the right side of the user interface. Simply click the workspace you want to access. You can choose to access an Edit, Color Correction, Effects, or an Audio workspace. The workspace bar is presented at full width, allowing you to easily work across workspaces. Traditionally workspaces were only available from the Workspace menu.

I have been clicking that but cannot find the actual tool to bring up CC like the older version.   All I can find there is to develop a new workspace.  Isnt there an actual tool I can click liek brofre.  I am lookig to create a new workspace yet I just want to bring up the actual tool

Yes. I am experiencing the same.  I click on the COLOR icon in the long tool bar of workspace options, but nothing happens and nothing changes.  I have symphony option, but right now I can't find any color correction options.  I am sure I am missing something.  Any help and direction would be helpful. thanks! - Darin

Just to be sure, the button you're clicking is the one circled in the attached screen shot, right?

I had a similar problem when I first upgraded.  The probem was my monitor designation - meaning primary and secondary. I called  avid support and they tied into my computer and re adjusted the montiors - this has fixed it permanently (so far). The support is very good.   Now that was my issue and how I resloved it.  Not sure about yours - make life easy for yourself call AVID SUPPORT

Yes. that is the one.  I have a couple old Workspaces saved and I found that by clicking on one of those it does have the Color Correction tool appear.  I am still figuring out how to get different workspaces saved in those presents so for now I am bouncing back and forth between old workspaces from MC 2018.

This could be part of (or maybe all of) the problem. For 2019.x you are supposed to create new settings. Bringing old ones from previous versions of Media Composer can cause problems.
