Please help!
I have been using MCF (Win 10, 64 bit) for about a year without any issues. I have been able to load MCF even when offline but now if I try to load MCF it asks me to login:
"Login required for Media Composer First
Please quit and login to Avid Application Manager and relaunch"
However, when I try to login to the Application Manager it shows this error:
"We were unable to Sign you in. Looks like Avid servers have outage. Please try again."
I have 'tried again' over a few days to no avail. Is this a server error? My Application Manager is up to date and I have not made any changes to the OS since I used MCF last. My email/password for login is definitely correct.
Should I be able to start MCF even when offline (to avoid logging in)? Any ideas as to why or what a 'serve routage' is?
Any help would be appreciated as I need to access some existing projects and would rather not re-install everything from scratch if poss.
Many thanks,
Tim

If you are using AppMan you probably installed a older version of MC, please update to MC 2018.12.1
