Somehow I managed to delete the name of the Media Creation file in Settings. Now it has no name and goes to the top of the list before Audio.

Does anyone know how I can put it back?

'Media Creation' is a Project setting; have you tried adding it from another Project's Settings? ...which would allow you to delete the faulty one.
Or, create a new Project with the same name as your current one, move you Bins/folders into it and carry on.
