I have a sequence where the media has been deleted using media tool as the project was complete.
Now I need to revisit it.
I have the Camera cards from which the original edit was made.
How do i Import or AMA link to the camera cards, so I can then re link the new media to the edited sequence.
Cheers

If you Imported them originally, you should be able to just select the master clips with the offline media and do "Batch Import" on them.
And if you linked them - select ALL the linked clips in your project, deselect the Avid-native clips with deleted media (I usually just close those bins). Right-click your sequence, Relink.. - and use the "Selected items in ALL open bins" option.
Hi USA
This linked description isnt working.
Is it because Id ama linkledm then transcoded the clips in the old proj.?
How should I modify the process?

Step by step. Link to all your original AMA footage. Put it all in one bin. Select your sequence in a different bin . Right click and choose Relink and in the relink dialogue box choose "Selected items in ALL open bins". If it isn't working perservere and change your options in the relink dialogue box to ignore things like .new in the filename - set the net as broad as possible.

Can we go back to the way audio nodes used to be selected? Please? ie if you have audio nodes at the same time on selected tracks; then selecting 1 audio node selects them all at that time. Having to shift select nodes or add an in and out is time consuming and counter productive. At least make it an option.
Oops - you do have to select all your source clips for this to work.. duh
If you copy the sequence to a new empty bin. The nuse the bin display option to select show reference clips.
You will see a masterclip in the bin for each clip used in the sequence.
Copy these all to a new fresh bin.
Now ensure source file path and name are turned on as column headings.
Sort by source file path.
You now have a list of the AMA folders you need to AMA link. Do those AMA links in yet another fresh bin.
When all the AMA sources are online and play. Leave that bin open and select all those clips.
Go to the Sequence and use relink to selected open bins to connect the sequence to that new AMA media.
