Both of my panels will lose connection to MC7 after switching to other applications. Not all the time though. It's very intermittent. To re-establish, I have to exit the Eucon driver, recycle the power on the panels while I am re-starting Eucon. Most of the time I can click into MC and the panels will recognize it after restart. Sometimes it takes a second try.
Eucon and firmware is current.
Does anyone know of some troubleshooting I could do to isolate and fix this behaviour?

I had the same problem and did the following:
1. Hit start, run, and type in MSConfig.
2. Select the tab "startup"
3. Turn off all entries relevant to Eucom except "EuControl"
When starting the system again, the problem should disappear. It works for me on Win7 Pro64.

So far, so good. Thanks for the tip.
Have you ever figured out how to keep the Jog/Shuttle from disabling everytime you switch to a new MC project?
Hi,
Sorry, I can not help you with this.
I have no TransportControl, I have ArtistColor alone.
