Shooting C300, mastering in DNXHD 80?

Curious what others think about the prospect of shooting Canon C300 and mastering in DNXHD 80?  I ran a test recently and could not tell a huge difference between DNX80 and DNX 175x with C300 as the source (50 mbit mpeg2 4:2:2).  At one-to-one the images look basically identical. It's only at a 4x or 8x blow up that you can see shifts in the pixel blocking, which are minor at best.

It really depends on what you need to do with what you output.

If it visually stands up to the job then it's good enough.

If your output then has to be further oricessed then that has to be taken into account.
