    Re: export to XDCAM EX

First, you shouldn't have the LE version of the Avid Codecs installed. MC/SN will automatically install the PE version.

A QT Reference file can be exported using XDCAM Media. Neither the Avid nor Sony software includes a QT Codec to decode the reference file.

If you're on a Mac you can get the codec by installing one of the Apple Pro Video Apps.

On Windows and Mac the Calibrated Software XD Decode will do this.

Do you have to export a QT file? MC/SN can export an OP1a MXF file using the XDCAM Optical, XAVC and HDCAM SR codecs.

You could export to MXF and then rewrap to mov using ffmbc
