I have MC6.5 on dongle and paid for an upgrade from the store. I haven't upgraded anything myself for 5 years , what's the process now ? Im assuming just installing the software won't work without a dongle update but there isn't the software for this as part of download. Apologies if I over overlooked something obvious.

Normally in your Avid logon you should see your products listed and the relevant downloads will be there.
