Hi all

Here is my  public thanks to Marianna.

Now with the new upgrade to M.C 7 with Symphony Option, I'm sure many of you have

all kind of Activation/License issues.

I sure had a big one.

I contact Marianna through mail and later through Skype.

She helped so much I couldn't believe. It wasn't easy even for her too.

When I first approach to her she wrote to me that she has 3000 emails to respond to. I couldn't believe she is going to help me. But today we started the Skype chat at 15:30 PM and finished at 19:30. 4 hours she was with me step by step till she found out all the problems and fixed them completely.

 Now my M.C 7 and Symphony Activate and Works!!

And for all of that I want to say THANK YOU!! you are Amazing!!

I agre re Marianna.  She helped me upgrade my Avid system a couple of years ago.  She was a big help! 

my install went perfect but I still email her to say hay     M you know how I feel wink wink nudge nudge

Without Marianna (and Douglas) I would not even be thinking about upgrading to version 7. She is AVID.

Marianna went above and beyond the call of duty! I have a student license and for whatever reason the system had changed it to an institution license and wouldn't let me upgrade. After sending her an e-mail she responded extremely quick and within a day my issue was solved, like I told her I had never exprienced such level of customer support and I've dealt with Adove and Apple as well, thanks so much Marianna!

This...if there's ever an excuse for the return of the old "LIFT" icon...superhero Marianna to come and save the day!

Of course, any keyboard could be customized to have a true "Marianna" key...macro away!!!
