I was sure there was away to use your number pad on the keyboard to cut between cameras? Doesn't seem to be workng on 6.5 but I have a feeling it has nothing to do with the version I'm on.
Nobody likes me.
AFAIK you cannot use number pad since you can't map keyboad shortcuts to it.
I was so sure that it acted as a multicam switcher when in multicam mode.
You're correct that the numberpad should act like a mini-control panel for switching between cameras when the composer window is in multicam mode. four cam split uses 7,8,4,5, nine cam display uses all numbers. I've only recently loaded 6.5 and havn't used multicam with the new install, I'll check when I get into work today.

I just tried this on 6.5.2 and it worked. Learn something new everyday. I don't do a ton of multicam, but have in the past mapped cameras to the regular numbers.
Does this work on a mac too? I'm just making the leap from FCP where I use this all the time, but it doesn't seem to work on the MC 6.5.2 I'm working on. Using numerical keypad just gives me the timecode input window in my record window. I am in Multicam mode
It works for me MC6.5.3 (PC)but Mac should work as well, or try the Mac forum.
Ensure that you have enabled the Group V1 track material.
Group material must first be added to the sequence, then showing multicam view, and then only operate Num keys.
V.
This should be updated. Why wouldn't they allow mapping to the keypad? Would be such an easy fix (you would think) and be so much more functional.
I hope someone sees this post.
