When I try to import media I recieve this message, "Exception: MSM: Unknown directory" Please help me how can I import my videos.

That points to the media database. What are you using for media drives? Does each drive have the following directory:

X:\Avid MediaFiles\MXF\1 where X is a media drive or partition

Have you tried linking to the files via AMA and then transcoding instead of traditional import?
